Privacy
What I do with your information.
I'm one person running this, and I handle your information myself. Nothing is sold, nothing goes to advertisers, and no one is building a profile on you.

What I collect
When you send the form: your name, how to reach you, where you're from, your dates, how many of you there are, and whatever you write in the open questions. If you tell me about food you can't eat or how far you can walk, I use it to plan a day you can actually do — and only for that.
When you pay: PayPal handles it. I see your name, your email and that the invoice is paid. I never see your card or bank details.
On the day: photos and video. That's the thing you're paying for, so it's part of the service rather than something extra I'm doing with your data.
Who else touches it
- Google Forms
- holds your enquiry
- Gmail
- our messages
- PayPal
- the invoice
- Google Drive
- the private link your photos and video arrive through
- Lovable
- hosts this website
That's the whole list. Nobody else.
How long I keep it
Photos and video: deleted from my side 90 days after they reach you. Download them before then.
Your enquiry and our messages: kept while we're arranging the day, and for a year afterwards in case you come back or something needs sorting out. After that I delete them.
Publishing anything
Filming happens through the day and the files go to you. Putting any of it on my site or social media is a separate question, and I ask you after the day. You can say no, it changes nothing about the day you had, and you can change your mind later — tell me and I take it down.
Rather not be filmed at all? Tell me beforehand and we'll shape the day without the camera.
Asking me about your data
Write to haru@rokp.world. You can ask what I hold, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. I'll answer myself.
If you live in the EU or UK, that covers your rights under GDPR — access, correction, deletion, objecting, and taking your data elsewhere. You can also complain to your national data protection authority. If you live in Korea, the same under the Personal Information Protection Act, and you can take a complaint to the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee.
